The Paper has debuted to a Rotten Tomatoes score that points to it being a near-perfect spinoff of The Office as the sitcom’s first reviews arrive. The upcoming spinoff The Papertakes place in the same world as the original sitcom, following Midwestern newspaper The Toledo Truth-Teller as a team of volunteer reporters try to save the company.
