Replacement Casting in The Rookie: A Historical Analysis
Although The Rookiehas worked hard to create a dynamic cast of characters on screen despite consistent casting changes throughout the show’s run, it’s become clear that the series needs to refocus after a rocky history of replacement casting. The Rookie season 8 will be the first season in years that won’t feature new faces coming into the mix to replace former cast members.
