The Harry Potter franchise has seen several fairly excellent games, ranging from the recent Hogwarts Legacy to the classics from the early 2000s. Of course, the majority of them, bar a few of the more movie-centric tie-ins, are genuinely excellent and do a decent job of invoking the spirit of the books and films that we’ve come to know and love. Indeed, whether it’s the visuals, soundtrack, or, more rarely, gameplay, the majority of Harry Potter games prove they understood the assignment.
